Lactose Free Overnight Oats

These Overnight Oats are deliciously milky and perfectly sweet thanks to Hiland Dairy Lactose Free Milk and a drizzle of pure maple syrup. Add some ripe blackberries or sliced strawberries for a little extra flavor.

Ingredients

  • ⅓ cup quick cooking oats
  • ¼ cup Lactose Free Hiland Dairy 2% milk
  • 1-2 tablespoon pure maple syrup
  • 2 teaspoons toasted pecans
  • pinch of fine sea salt (optional)

Directions

  • In a 4-6 oz mug, combine all ingredients.
  • Stir and cover with plastic wrap.
  • Refrigerate 4 hours up to overnight.
