Ingredients
- 1 can (10 1/2 ounces) refried beans
- 2 medium avocados, mashed
- 2/3 cup Hiland Sour Cream
- 1/2 cup Hiland Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1/2 cup Hiland Shredded Colby Jack Cheese
- 1 can (4 1/2 ounces) ripe olives, chopped
- 2 large tomatoes, diced
- 4 green onions, chopped
- 2 bags tortilla chips
Directions
- Use a 10″ pie pan or a round pizza pan. Spread a layer of refried beans on the bottom of the pan.
- Spread avocados evenly over the beans. Spread sour cream on top.
- Sprinkle on grated cheeses, followed by a layer of olives, green onions and tomatoes.
- Refrigerate one hour. Serve with tortilla chips.
