Ingredients

  • 2 cups Hiland Dairy Yogurt any flavor (two 8 oz containers)
  • 1-2 Tablespoons honey
  • 1-2 cups fruit of choice strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, mango, blackberry

Instructions

  • In a blender, add the fruit and 1-2 tablespoons of honey. Blend until smooth. You can leave the fruit mixture slightly chunky as well to add texture to the popsicles.
  • In a medium bowl, add your Hiland Yogurt flavor of choice. Pour a small amount of the blended fruit into the yogurt. (start with just a bit and then add more as needed). Using a spoon, lightly swirl the yogurt and fruit together. Don’t mix all together, you still want the swirled together look.
  • Spoon the yogurt/fruit mixture into the popsicle molds and leave a bit of room at the top. Then spoon a layer of the blended fruit mix on top. Add the popsicle stick.
  • Continue with more Hiland Yogurt flavor and fruit combos. Then freeze the yogurt popsicles. Freeze for at least 4 hours and ideally overnight.
  • To release the popsicles easily, run the popsicle mold under warm water for a few seconds. Then pop one out and enjoy your refreshing treat!

Popsicle Variations to Try

This recipe is super flexible, so get creative! Here are some tasty variations:

  • Berry Blast – Use a mix of strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries.
  • Tropical Twist – Try mango, pineapple, and kiwi.
  • Peach & Cream – Fresh or canned peaches work great with a vanilla yogurt base.
  • Banana Berry Swirl – A creamy combo that’s perfect for kids!

Tips for the Best Homemade Popsicles

  • Mix some fruit into the yogurt and leave some chunky for the best swirl.
  • Add a splash of vanilla extract for extra flavor.
  • Run the molds under warm water for a bit to slide the popsicles out easily.

How to Store

Once frozen, remove popsicles from the mold and store in a freezer-safe bag or container. They’ll keep well for up to 2–3 weeks, but they likely won’t last that long!
