  • Optional toppings: sliced bananas, Nilla wafers, whipped cream

How to Make Cottage Cheese Banana Pudding

  1. Add the cottage cheese, banana, honey, vanilla and pudding powder to a high-speed blender.
  2. Blend until completely smooth, thickened and creamy. Scrape down the sides as needed.
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness if desired.
  4. Chill for 30 minutes if you prefer a thicker, colder pudding (optional but recommended).
  5. Serve topped with banana slices and crushed Nilla wafers for crunch.

That’s it. Dessert is done. 🙌

Texture & Flavor Tips

  • Blend Well: The longer you blend, the smoother the pudding will be. A high-speed blender works best.
  • Use Ripe Bananas: The riper the banana, the sweeter and more flavorful the pudding.
  • Chill Before Serving: This helps the pudding thicken slightly and gives it that classic banana pudding feel.
  • Vanilla Pudding Powder: You can always omit this or use sugar free, but I love the flavor this pudding mix gives.

You can also layer the pudding with bananas and wafers in small jars for a fun, parfait-style dessert.

How to Store

Store cottage cheese banana pudding in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3–4 days. Give it a quick stir before serving.
This is a great make-ahead option for snacks or easy desserts throughout the week.
