Ingredients
- 3 Baby Cucumbers – diced
- 2 cups Heirloom Cherry Tomatoes – halved
- 1 cup Red Onion – diced
- 2 Tbsp Hiland Dairy Cottage Cheese
- 1 Tbsp White Vinegar
- 2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tsp crushed Red Pepper Flakes
- 2 Tbsp Honey
- 1 Tbsp Rosemary, Thyme, Parsley – chopped
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Blend thoroughly and serve chilled.
- Serve alone or with some toasted bread points.
