Ingredients
- 1 1/2 Cups Sugar
- 1 1/2 Cups All Purpose Flour-sifted
- 3 Eggs
- 1/4 Lb Hiland Dairy Unsalted Butter
- 1/3 Cup Crisco
- 1/2 Cup Hiland Dairy Strawberry Milk
- 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
- 8 Strawberries diced
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350ºF.
- In large mixer, cream the butter, Crisco and sugar.
- Add the 3 eggs, one at a time and beat until well mixed.
- Add the vanilla extract and mix well. Then alternate the flour and milk until all is added.
- Grease your baking vessel with butter and dust with flour. Scoop the mix into the vessel evenly.
- Bake for 1 hour or until a skewer comes back clean.
