Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 Cups Sugar
  • 1 1/2 Cups All Purpose Flour-sifted
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1/4 Lb Hiland Dairy Unsalted Butter
  • 1/3 Cup Crisco
  • 1/2 Cup Hiland Dairy Strawberry Milk
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 8 Strawberries diced

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350ºF.
  • In large mixer, cream the butter, Crisco and sugar.
  • Add the 3 eggs, one at a time and beat until well mixed.
  • Add the vanilla extract and mix well. Then alternate the flour and milk until all is added.
  • Grease your baking vessel with butter and dust with flour. Scoop the mix into the vessel evenly.
  • Bake for 1 hour or until a skewer comes back clean.
