Strawberry Matcha Latte

Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon matcha powder
- 2 tablespoons hot water
- 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup
- ¼ cup Hiland Milk (whole, almond, soy or your favorite!)
- ½ cup Hiland Strawberry Milk
- Ice cubes
- Fresh strawberry slices to garnish
Directions
- In a small bowl, sift the matcha powder to remove clumps. Add the hot water and whisk vigorously until smooth and frothy.
- While the mixture is still warm, stir in the honey (or maple syrup) until dissolved. Then, mix in the regular milk. Set aside.
- Optional: Froth the strawberry milk using an electric or handheld milk frother.
- Fill a glass with ice cubes. Pour in the matcha mixture, then slowly pour in the strawberry milk for a layered effect.
- Garnish with fresh strawberry slices and enjoy!
