Strawberry and Cream Cheese Roll Ups

A sweet mixture of Hiland Dairy Cream Cheese, milk, powdered sugar and vanilla simply layered on bread with fresh cut strawberries. A quick and easy sweet snack.

  • 6-8 slices of bread
  • ¼ cup (2 ounces) Hiland Dairy Cream Cheese (room temp)
  • 2 Tablespoons Hiland Dairy Milk
  • 2 Tablespoons powdered sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • Strawberries, cut into slices or pieces


  • In a small bowl, add the Hiland Dairy Cream Cheese, Milk, powdered sugar and vanilla. Use a spatula or whisk to mix all together until combined and smooth. Set aside.
  • Cut the crust off each slice of bread (you can leave them on too if preferred). Use a rolling pin or a large pint glass to roll the bread out flat and thin.
  • Spread the cream cheese mixture onto each piece of bread then add the strawberries to one side of the bread. Roll up the bread starting on the strawberry side.
  • Serve and enjoy!
