Ingredients
- 8 slices Thick Bread
- 8 oz. Smoked Gouda – shred
- 8 oz. Sharp White Cheddar – shred
- 8 oz. Provolone – shred
- 8 oz. American Grana – shred
- 8 tbsp. Hiland Dairy Sour Cream
- ¼ lb. Hiland Dairy Unsalted Butter
- Hiland Dairy Bacon Cheddar Dip
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 350°.
- What it is in a cast iron skillet on medium high heat melt one tablespoon of butter.
- Spread one tablespoon of sour cream on each piece of bread. Place cheese mix on one slice. And top with the other slice.
- Grill in the skillet turning often until golden brown. Once all four sandwiches are done, after repeating the process, place them on a sheet tray and put them in your oven for two to three minutes. The cheese should be melted and gooey. Slice and serve alongside Hiland Dairy bacon cheddar dip.
