Ingredients

  • 8 slices Thick Bread
  • 8 oz. Smoked Gouda – shred
  • 8 oz. Sharp White Cheddar – shred
  • 8 oz. Provolone – shred
  • 8 oz. American Grana – shred
  • 8 tbsp. Hiland Dairy Sour Cream
  • ¼ lb. Hiland Dairy Unsalted Butter
  • Hiland Dairy Bacon Cheddar Dip

Directions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°.
  • What it is in a cast iron skillet on medium high heat melt one tablespoon of butter.
  • Spread one tablespoon of sour cream on each piece of bread. Place cheese mix on one slice. And top with the other slice.
  • Grill in the skillet turning often until golden brown. Once all four sandwiches are done, after repeating the process, place them on a sheet tray and put them in your oven for two to three minutes. The cheese should be melted and gooey. Slice and serve alongside Hiland Dairy bacon cheddar dip.
