Scrambled Eggs with Toast and Berries

  • 2 slices whole wheat bread
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup mixed berries
  • 8 oz. Hiland Dairy Fat Free Milk


  • Place bread in toaster and toast to desired doneness.
  • Combine eggs in bowl and beat well with wire whisk.
  • Pour eggs into non-stick skillet and cook over low heat, stirring gently.
  • Cook until eggs are firm but still moist. Remove from heat.
  • Serve eggs with toast, mixed berries and 8-ounce glass of milk.
