Ingredients
- 2 slices whole wheat bread
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup mixed berries
- 8 oz. Hiland Dairy Fat Free Milk
Directions
- Place bread in toaster and toast to desired doneness.
- Combine eggs in bowl and beat well with wire whisk.
- Pour eggs into non-stick skillet and cook over low heat, stirring gently.
- Cook until eggs are firm but still moist. Remove from heat.
- Serve eggs with toast, mixed berries and 8-ounce glass of milk.
