Ingredients
Chocolate Ganache for the glass rim
- ½ cup Hiland Dairy Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1 cup Chocolate Chips
Cocktail
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- Dash of Red’s Hot sauce
- 1 oz. Chocolate Liqueur
- 1 oz. Bailey’s
- 1 ½ oz. Whiskey
- 3 oz Hiland Dairy Chocolate Milk
- Fresh Ice for shaking and finishing
Directions
Chocolate Ganache for the glass rim
- In a small sauce pot, bring the heavy whipping cream to a simmer.
- Add in the chocolate chips, remove from the heat and blend well.
- Once the ganache is slightly cooled, dip the rim of the glass in it.

- In your mixing tin, start with fresh ice. Add all of the ingredients and shake it..
- Add fresh ice to your chocolate rimmed glass. Pour and serve.
