Ingredients
- 1 cup emi sweet chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil, measured as a solid
Directions
- In a microwave safe bowl, add the chocolate chips and coconut oil. Heat in the microwave for 30 seconds at a time, stirring after each time.
- Let the chocolate cool for a few minutes and then pour or spoon over your favorite Hiland Dairy ice cream.
- To store, place in a mason jar with lid or a bowl with a lid/covering. Store at room temperature on the counter or pantry. When ready to use, reheat in the microwave for 30 seconds and stir.
