Ingredients
- 4 oz. Hiland Original Dairy Cream Cheese-room temp
- 1/2 Cup Hiland Dairy Half and Half
- 1 Cup Hiland Dairy Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1 cup Sugar powdered
- 12 oz. Coffee
- Fresh Ice
- Block Chocolate-garnish
Directions
- Place the cream cheese into a mixing bowl, with the sugar, cream, and half and half.
- With a hand mixer, blend well until the peaks begin to show on top of the mix.
- Fill your glass with fresh ice and coffee.
- Spoon the sweetened cream on top and shave chocolate for garnish.
