Ingredients

4 oz. Hiland Original Dairy Cream Cheese-room temp
1/2 Cup Hiland Dairy Half and Half
1 Cup Hiland Dairy Heavy Whipping Cream
1 cup Sugar powdered
12 oz. Coffee
Fresh Ice
Block Chocolate-garnish

Directions

Place the cream cheese into a mixing bowl, with the sugar, cream, and half and half.
With a hand mixer, blend well until the peaks begin to show on top of the mix.
Fill your glass with fresh ice and coffee.
Spoon the sweetened cream on top and shave chocolate for garnish.
