Ingredients

  • 4 oz. Hiland Original Dairy Cream Cheese-room temp
  • 1/2 Cup Hiland Dairy Half and Half
  • 1 Cup Hiland Dairy Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1 cup Sugar powdered
  • 12 oz. Coffee
  • Fresh Ice
  • Block Chocolate-garnish

Directions

  • Place the cream cheese into a mixing bowl, with the sugar, cream, and half and half.
  • With a hand mixer, blend well until the peaks begin to show on top of the mix.
  • Fill your glass with fresh ice and coffee.
  • Spoon the sweetened cream on top and shave chocolate for garnish.
