Ice Cream Dome Dessert

Directions

• Line a bowl with plastic wrap and leave excess hanging over the edges.
• Soften the chocolate ice cream until its pliable. Fill the bowl with the ice cream and work it up the sides.
• Press a smaller sized bowl that has been lined with plastic wrap into the chocolate ice cream. Place in the freezer until firm.
• Remove the smaller bowl and fill the vacant hole with mint ice cream. Cover with the excess plastic wrap and freeze until firm.
• When ready to serve, invert the bowl onto a plate. Immediately cover the ice cream dome with chocolate and add chocolate toppings before the chocolate topping hardens.
