Ingredients
- 1 cup Hiland Dairy Milk
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 banana, peeled, sliced and frozen
- 1 cup pineapple chunks, frozen
- 1/2 avocado, sliced
Directions
- Combine milk and spinach in a blender.
- Incorporate spinach with milk by pulsing blender several times.
- Do not over-incorporate.
- Add remaining ingredients into blender with milk and spinach mix and blend until smooth and creamy.
- Serve immediately.
