Cucumber Bites with Dip
Ingredients
- 30 carrot sticks
- 30 celery sticks
- 6 cucumbers, cut into 5 sections and scooped out with a melon baller
- 8 oz. Hiland Dairy Sour Cream
- 1 package ranch mix (or 1 tablespoon chopped chives, dill or other fresh herbs, and a pinch of salt and ground pepper)
Directions
- Prepare the dip by combining sour cream with ranch mix or fresh herbs, salt and pepper.
- Add dip to scooped-out cucumber sections.
- Place celery and carrot sticks in the dip and serve.
