Ingredients
- 2 cups Hiland Milk
- 1 cup canned pumpkin puree
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice, plus additional for serving, optional
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup white chocolate chips, plus additional to serving, optional
- whipped cream (optional)
Directions
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine milk, pumpkin, pumpkin pie spice, vanilla and salt. Cook stirring constantly until just simmering.
- Remove from heat and add chocolate chips and stir until all chocolate is melted.
- Serve warm topped with whipped cream, chocolate chips and sprinkle with pumpkin pie spice.
