Cottage Cheese with Cantaloupe and Latte

Ingredients
- 1/4 cantaloupe, cubed
- 3/4 cup Hiland Dairy Lowfat Cottage Cheese
- 1 cup Hiland Dairy Fat Free Milk
- 2 shots espresso (can substitute 1/2 cup strong brewed coffee)
Directions
- Scoop cottage cheese into a bowl.
- Top with cantaloupe.
- Steam milk, pour into a cup and add brewed espresso (or coffee).
- Spoon a thin layer of foamed milk over the latte.
