Ingredients
- 2 Cups Hiland Dairy Cottage Cheese Large Curd
- 1 Cup Sharp Cheddar, Shredded
- 2 Tbsp Taco Seasoning
- 1 cup Water, warm for thinning
- 1 tsp Paprika garnish
- Bowl of your favorite chips
Directions
- Combine cottage cheese shredded cheese Taco seasoning and half of the water into a large mixing bowl.
- With your immersion blender, blend the mixture until smooth adding extra water if needed.
- Heat a medium nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add the mixture to the skillet, stirring constantly until the mix is melted together. Serve immediately with your favorite chips.
