Ingredients
- 1 Cup Fresh Raspberries
- 1 Cup Fresh Blackberries
- 1 Cup Fresh Blueberries
- 1 Cup Fresh Strawberries-chopped
- 1 can Hiland Dairy Whipped Topping
- 2 Cups Brown Sugar for the Candied Brown Sugar garnish
Directions
- Place the 2 cups of brown sugar on the stove top in a non-stick skillet over medium low heat.
- Once the sugar has melted, pour it on a sheet tray lined with parchment. Set aside away from all heat for 2 hours.
- Toss all fruit together in a bowl. Mix well.
- Serve the desired amount and top with the Hiland whipped topping.
- Break the candied sugar with a mallet inside a clean towel until it is a powder. Sprinkle on top.
