Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Fresh Raspberries
  • 1 Cup Fresh Blackberries
  • 1 Cup Fresh Blueberries
  • 1 Cup Fresh Strawberries-chopped
  • 1 can Hiland Dairy Whipped Topping
  • 2 Cups Brown Sugar for the Candied Brown Sugar garnish

Directions

  • Place the 2 cups of brown sugar on the stove top in a non-stick skillet over medium low heat.
  • Once the sugar has melted, pour it on a sheet tray lined with parchment. Set aside away from all heat for 2 hours.
  • Toss all fruit together in a bowl. Mix well.
  • Serve the desired amount and top with the Hiland whipped topping.
  • Break the candied sugar with a mallet inside a clean towel until it is a powder. Sprinkle on top.
