Blueberry Almond Oats with Egg and Latte

Ingredients
- 1 cup Hiland Dairy Fat Free Milk
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup oats
- 2 tablespoons sliced almonds
- 1/4 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 hard-boiled egg
- 8 oz. Hiland Dairy Fat Free Milk
- 2 shots espresso (can substitute 1/2 cup strong brewed coffee)
Directions
- In a mixing bowl, combine ½ cup milk and vanilla extract.
- Mix in oats and refrigerate overnight.
- In morning, top oats with fresh blueberries and sliced almonds.
- Peel hard-boiled egg and slice, if desired, and serve on the side.
- Steam 8-ounces of milk. Pour into a cup and add brewed espresso (or coffee).
- Spoon a thin layer of foamed milk over the latte.
