Banana Cream Yogurt Parfait

My Grandma made the best Banana Cream Pudding. I have lots of memories of licking the bowl or scooping up the last bits with a Nilla wafer. I have her recipe, but it does take a bit of effort and planning so why not take the flavors of this classic dessert and make it a delicious breakfast.

Ingredients

  • Hiland Dairy Vanilla Yogurt
  • Nilla Wafers
  • Banana slices
  • Coconut flakes (optional)

Directions

  • In a bowl, cup, or jar place a layer of Nilla wafers and banana slices on the bottom.
  • You can lay whole Nilla wafers down or break them up, whatever you are feeling.
  • Then top with a layer of Hiland Vanilla yogurt, more Nilla wafers and bananas followed by another layer of yogurt.
  • Top it all off with a final layer of Nilla Wafers (I like to crush this layer up a bit) and bananas plus a sprinkle of coconut flakes if you like.
