My Grandma made the best Banana Cream Pudding. I have lots of memories of licking the bowl or scooping up the last bits with a Nilla wafer. I have her recipe, but it does take a bit of effort and planning so why not take the flavors of this classic dessert and make it a delicious breakfast.
