Ingredients

  • 2 (8 oz) fresh burger patties
  • 2 brioche buns
  • 4 strips of bacon, cooked until crisp
  • 4 tbsp Hiland Dairy Small Curd Cottage Cheese
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 4 oz ketchup
  • 2 oz yellow mustard
  • Crispy French fries, for garnish

Directions

  • On your grill or in a cast iron skillet with grill lines, grill your burgers until they are the temperature that you desire. Typically 2 to 3 minutes per side we’ll get you a medium well burger.
  • Once the burgers are done, top them immediately with 2 tablespoons each of highland dairy cottage cheese. They can be placed in the oven for an additional minute to melt the cheese.
  • Prepare your bun by toasting it in a little butter, prepping it with catch up and mustard. Use the lettuce and tomatoes that you prefer on your burger. Serve with a side of crispy French fries
