Hiland Little Rock is an award-winning, state-of-the-art facility located in Little Rock, Arkansas. The plant was formerly Coleman Dairy and is the oldest continuously operating dairy west of the Mississippi River. Five generations of Colemans had operated the business since its beginning in 1862. Coleman Dairy became a member of the Hiland Dairy family in 2007.
The Little Rock plant has received the highest honor for overall quality throughout the Quality Chekd organization two of the past three years, the Irving B. Weber Distinguished Award for Quality Excellence.
Hiland Little Rock produces more than 2.3 million gallons of milk a month. Other products made include heavy whipping cream, Red Diamond tea, orange juice, and fruit drink.
