Our Easy Beef Crockpot Casserole recipe lets you throw your ingredients in with minimal prep, set the timer and head to the ball game—maybe even a concert—and come back to a nice hearty meal!
Place the ground chuck into the crock pot. Add the onions and potatoes evenly on top of the meat. Sprinkle salt, pepper, garlic powder and dried parsley over everything. Slowly pour the milk into the crock pot to cover all ingredients. Cook on high for 3 to 4 hours or until potatoes are tender.
