Cottage Cheese with Cantaloupe and Latte

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cantaloupe, cubed
  • 3/4 cup Hiland Dairy Lowfat Cottage Cheese
  • 1 cup Hiland Dairy Fat Free Milk
  • 2 shots espresso (can substitute 1/2 cup strong brewed coffee)

Directions

  • Scoop cottage cheese into a bowl.
  • Top with cantaloupe.
  • Steam milk, pour into a cup and add brewed espresso (or coffee).
  • Spoon a thin layer of foamed milk over the latte.
