Layered Bean Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 can (10 1/2 ounces) refried beans
  • 2 medium avocados, mashed
  • 2/3 cup Hiland Sour Cream
  • 1/2 cup Hiland Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Hiland Shredded Colby Jack Cheese
  • 1 can (4 1/2 ounces) ripe olives, chopped
  • 2 large tomatoes, diced

  • 4 green onions, chopped
  • 2 bags tortilla chips

Directions

  • Use a 10" pie pan or a round pizza pan. Spread a layer of refried beans on the bottom of the pan.
  • Spread avocados evenly over the beans. Spread sour cream on top.
  • Sprinkle on grated cheeses, followed by a layer of olives, green onions and tomatoes.
  • Refrigerate one hour. Serve with tortilla chips.
