Cottage Cheese Chocolate Mousse

  • In a blender, add the 1 cup Hiland Cottage Cheese, 2 Tablespoons Cocoa Powder, 2 Tablespoons Maple Syrup, ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract and pinch of salt all together. Blend until smooth, mixture should be thick. If still runny, add a spoonful more cottage cheese.
  • Once blended, pour mixture into a bowl and place in the fridge to set up for at least 30 minutes.
  • Once set, spoon up a serving and enjoy! Add a dollop of whipped cream or berries to top it off!
