Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a loaf pan with nonstick spray.
In a large bowl, mix the self rising flour and Hiland Dairy Ice Cream together until you make a dough. It will be sticky.
Transfer dough into the loaf pan and spread out evenly. Bake for 45 minutes. Check around 35 minutes for doneness. If you are using a smaller/thinner pan then decrease baking time and check for doneness as you bake.
Remove from oven, cool slightly and enjoy!
