Ice Cream Bread

Materials

  • 1 1/2 cups self rising flour
  • 2 cups Hiland Dairy Ice Cream (any flavor)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a loaf pan with nonstick spray.
  • In a large bowl, mix the self rising flour and Hiland Dairy Ice Cream together until you make a dough. It will be sticky.
  • Transfer dough into the loaf pan and spread out evenly. Bake for 45 minutes. Check around 35 minutes for doneness. If you are using a smaller/thinner pan then decrease baking time and check for doneness as you bake.
  • Remove from oven, cool slightly and enjoy!
