Simple Peach Cranberry Crumble

This dessert is sweet, tart, and has a delightful spiced crumble top. It is very easy to make and perfect for any special occasion.

Materials

For the fruit mixture:

  • 2 cans sliced peaches 15.25 oz. each
  • 1 c. fresh cranberries
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 2 tbsp. flour
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 3 tbsp. Hiland Butter cold, cut into cubes

For the crumble topping:

  • 1 c. old-fashioned oats
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 1/4 c. brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
  • 6 tbsp. Hiland Butter cut into cubes, softened
  • Hiland Butter Pecan Ice Cream

Instructions

For the fruit mixture:

  • Preheat oven to 350°. Spray 8" X 8" casserole dish with cooking spray.
  • Put drained peaches into a medium bowl. Add cranberries, sugar, flour, and cinnamon; stir to combine. Mix in Hiland Butter. Pour into the casserole dish, set aside.

For the crumble topping:

  • Mix oats, flour, brown sugar, and pumpkin pie spice together with a fork in a small bowl. Add Hiland Butter, use clean hands to mix until crumbly. Spread over fruit mixture; bake 30 - 35 minutes or until golden.
  • Top with Hiland Butter Pecan ice cream (or your favorite Hiland flavor).
