Strawberry Lemonade Ice Cream Float

  • Strawberry Sauce: In a small saucepan, add the strawberry slices and sugar. Heat on medium heat. As they heat up, start to smash them with a wooden spoon. Continue to do this until you have a sauce. Remove from heat and let cool completely.
  • In a cup, place one scoop of Hiland Vanilla Ice Cream in the bottom. Then top with a spoonfull of strawberry sauce. Place another scoop over strawberry sauce and continue until cup is full.
  • Slowly pour lemonade until you reach the top. Stir a bit to mix all together.
  • Garnish with strawberries or lemons, add a straw and enjoy!
