Homemade Chocolate Whipped Cream with Heart-Shaped Strawberries

- 1 lb. fresh strawberries
- 1 16. oz carton Hiland Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1/2 c. confectioner's sugar
- 1/4 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
Wash the strawberries with cold water and remove the stems.
With a paring knife, cut a v-shape section off the top of each strawberry. Set the
strawberries aside.
Sift the confectioner’s sugar and cocoa together into a bowl.
Pour the whipping cream into a medium-sized bowl. While whipping the cream with a
hand-held mixer, slowly feed the cocoa mixture into the cream and whip until you can
form peaks with the beaters.
Place the strawberries in a container with a small bowl of the delicious chocolate
whipped cream and serve.
