  • 1/4 cup oats and nuts
  • 1/2 cup Hiland Dairy Cottage Cheese
  • 1/4 cup granola
  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 cup fresh berries – blackberries, blueberries, raspberry, and pineberries
  • Lemon zest

Directions

  • In a bowl, add oat and nut mix.
  • Add fresh fruit if you’d like for extra flavor and nutrition.
  • Add the cottage cheese as the base.
  • Sprinkle the granola on top for some crunch.
