Spinach Dip

Ingredients

1 cup Hiland Dairy Sour Cream
1 cup real mayonnaise
1 package Knorr vegetable soup
1 (8-oz.) can chopped water chestnuts drained
1 (10-oz.) package frozen, chopped spinach
(thaw, rinse and squeeze out juice)
3 green onions chopped

Preparation

Mix and set overnight. Serve with bite-size pieces of sour dough or pumpernickel bread and/or fresh carrots, broccoli and cauliflower.
