Peanut Butter and Banana Sushi

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons smooth peanut butter
  • 1 banana
  • 1/4 cup crisp rice cereal
  • 8 oz. Hiland Dairy Fat Free Milk
  • 2/3 cup Hiland Dairy Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1/4 cup mixed berries

Directions

  • Spread peanut butter over the outside of the banana and then roll in cereal until coated.
  • Cut into thick slices.
  • Place yogurt in bowl and top with berries.
  • Serve with 8-ounce glass of milk.
