Ingredients

  • 2 slices whole wheat bread
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1/2 banana, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 8 oz. Hiland Dairy Fat Free Milk

Directions

  • Toast whole wheat bread until desired doneness.
  • Spread peanut butter on toast and top with sliced banana. Add a drizzle of honey on top.
  • Serve with 8 ounce glass of milk.
