Yogurt and Peanut Butter Fruit Dip

Mix yogurt, honey, peanut butter and cinnamon in a bowl until thoroughly blended.

Fold in chia seeds (optional).

Cover and store in refrigerator until ready to serve.


  • 1 (6 ounce) container Hiland Dairy Vanilla Greek Yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds (optional)
