Breakfast Bowl and Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Hiland Dairy Cottage Cheese
  • Fresh fruit, to taste
  • Honey, to taste
  • Almonds, walnuts or pecans, to taste
  • Granola, to taste

Directions

  • Place the cottage cheese into a food processor or a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Once the cottage cheese is blended, place in a bowl and top with your favorite toppings or add a little to your favorite smoothie recipe.
