Ingredients

  • 1 cup Hiland Dairy Milk
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 banana, peeled, sliced and frozen
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks, frozen
  • 1/2 avocado, sliced

Directions

  • Combine milk and spinach in a blender.
  • Incorporate spinach with milk by pulsing blender several times.
  • Do not over-incorporate.
  • Add remaining ingredients into blender with milk and spinach mix and blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Serve immediately.
